Data Deletion

MediBook stores limited information to provide appointment booking services on WhatsApp — such as your phone number, name, messages, and appointment details.

To request deletion of your data

Choose whichever is easier for you:

• Send "DELETE MY DATA" to our WhatsApp number, or
• Email info@medibooks.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered phone number.

What happens next

We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except for any records we are legally required to keep (for example, medical or billing records kept by your hospital or clinic). You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
